Before a candidate is right for a role, the role has to know what it actually needs. We help you map four things — then match against them.
The skills, capabilities, and outcomes the role actually requires — not the boilerplate from the last similar JD.
The existing team dynamic. What's strong. What perspective or personality is missing. Where a new addition would add the most value.
The environment they're walking into. What behaviors get rewarded. What gets punished. The unspoken rules.
Who they'll work with day to day. How that leader operates. What kind of person thrives reporting to them, and what kind doesn't.

The bulk model
Hiring teams buy assessments in bulk at volume pricing. You either upload candidate emails (we send the invites for you via the same Tycho persona) or distribute survey keys directly to people you want to assess. Either way, candidates take the same 8-minute map. You get the read back on each one alongside your role's map.
Pricing is still landing — we're working with early teams to figure out what fair looks like at different volumes. Volume pricing is roughly half what consumer pays per assessment.
